Hey you! Happy New year and what a year, eh?! And, on top of that, I have a big birthday and I needed a chance for a big smile.
I have a big birthday coming up next week. It’s a pretty rubbish time to be celebrating this particular milestone, so I decided I needed to do something positive. I think we are all in need of a smile or two. Can you help me celebrate and bring some much-needed smiles at the same time?
We are all struggling with the effects of this past year. It’s been tough and, here in the UK, we are feeling it pretty bad at the moment.
But, it’s my birthday and a BIG BIRTHDAY!
So, despite all the rubbish happening around us, I am determined I will smile!

This is a drawing of my beautiful boy Twitch. We were lucky enough to rescue Twitch, along with six other fluff-balls of joy over the years. We witnessed first hand what an amazing job is being done by rescue centres to help animals who really need love, care, and medical support. But, this past year as hit them hard as vital fund-raising events have been cancelled and volunteers necessarily forced to stay at home.
